How can I track my order?
You will receive an email including the tracking number of your shipment. Shipments to the US are sent via UPS; shipments to the EU via DHL.

What’s the estimated delivery time?
- Deliveries to Germany & Austria 3-4 business days
- Deliveries to the United States: 14-16 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address, state, and customs. Please refer to your tracking code for detailed information.
Can I change the delivery address of my order after it has already been shipped out?
Depending on the shipment status, you might be able to change the delivery address via the dedicated tracking page. If that option is not available, please contact us.
Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?
