This is a competition organized by holoride GmbH, Schellingsraße 45, 80799 Munich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "holoride").
- eligibility
Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and is resident in Germany or the USA may participate. Employees of holoride, as well as their family and household members, are excluded. holoride reserves the right to refuse the participation of individual persons from the outset for good cause or to exclude them from the competition at a later date and also to reclaim the prize. An important reason exists, for example, in cases of misuse or fraud (including attempts) or other violations of the conditions of participation.
- content of the competition
Participation in the sweepstakes takes place by filling in the e-mail address in the contact form on the website of holoride (www.shop.holoride.com) and his consent to the sending of marketing content from holoride granted.

- prize determination
With the participation the user agrees that:
- his e-mail address will be used for the drawing of the prize and will be used to contact him in case of winning.
- that his address, transmitted after notification of the prize, will be used for the dispatch of the prize.
- data protection
The organizer processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of this competition on the basis of the consent of each participant in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph 1a EU-DSGVO. Further data protection information can be viewed at any time on the website of holoride (www.holoride.de).
- notification of the winners
The drawing of the winners will take place on April 1, 2023. The winners will be notified of the prize by e-mail.
- participation period
The competition begins on 04.01.2023 and ends on 31.03.2023 at 24:00.
- disclaimer / change and premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to properly carry out the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons.
- final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.

- Veranstalter
Es handelt sich um ein Gewinnspiel der holoride GmbH, Schellingsraße 45, 80799 München (nachfolgend „holoride“ genannt).
- Teilnahmeberechtigung
Teilnehmen kann jede natürliche Person, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet und ihren Wohnsitz in Deutschland oder den USA hat. Ausgenommen sind Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen von holoride, sowie deren Familien- und Haushaltsangehörige. holoride behält sich vor, aus wichtigem Grund die Teilnahme von einzelnen Personen von vornherein abzulehnen oder sie später vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen und auch den Gewinn zurückzufordern. Ein wichtiger Grund liegt zum Beispiel in Fällen von Missbrauch oder Betrug (auch schon bei Versuchen) oder sonstigen Verstößen gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen vor.
- Inhalt des Gewinnspiels
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erfolgt durch das Ausfüllen von E-Mail-Adresse im Kontaktformular auf der Website von holoride (www.shop.holoride.com) und seine Zustimmung zur Übersendung von Marketing-Content von holoride erteilt.

- Gewinnermittlung
Mit der Teilnahme erklärt sich der Nutzer damit einverstanden, dass:
- seine E-Mail-Adresse für die Auslosung des Gewinns genutzt wird und über diese dann die Kontaktaufnahme im Falle des Gewinns erfolgt.
- seine, nach Gewinnmitteilung, übermittelte Adresse für die Versendung des Gewinns genutzt wird.

Der Veranstalter verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten ausschließlich zum Zwecke dieses Gewinnspiels auf Basis der Einwilligung jeder Teilnehmerin und jedes Teilnehmers gemäß Art. 6 Absatz 1a EU-DSGVO. - Benachrichtigung der Gewinner

Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 04.01.2023 und endet zum 31.03.2023 um 24:00 Uhr.
- Haftungsausschluss / Änderung und vorzeitige Beendigung des Gewinnspiels
Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit, auch ohne Einhaltung von Fristen, ganz oder teilweise vorzeitig zu beenden oder in seinem Verlauf abzuändern, sofern es aus technischen (z.B. Computervirus, Manipulation von oder Fehler in Software und Hardware) oder rechtlichen Gründen nicht möglich ist, das Gewinnspiel ordnungsgemäß durchzuführen.
- Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
